Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of the digital packs and the review service offered on this site. They apply to every order placed on the site.

1. Seller identity

Products and services are sold by Full Business World — IFZA, established at Dubai Silicon Oasis, Office IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Nadd Hessa, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Customer service: contact@fullbusinessworld.com — Phone and WhatsApp: +33 6 89 46 00 12. Requests are answered within two business days.

2. Products and services offered

The catalog includes two categories of offers:

digital packs: methods, editable files (spreadsheets, documents, email templates), and explainer videos, available in the customer area as soon as payment is confirmed;

a one-to-one project review: a 30-minute call and a personalized written note delivered within 48 hours.

The essential characteristics of each offer — content, formats, number of files, video length, and access duration — are described on its product page before ordering.

Bundles explicitly list the packs they contain. A bundle can only be ordered once all of its packs are available.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding any bank fees related to the payment method used. The total amount due is displayed before the order is confirmed.

Payment is made by card, on a secure payment page hosted by our licensed payment provider (Stripe), or by bank transfer to the company’s account.

No complete banking data passes through or is stored on this site.

The order is final only once payment has actually been received. For bank transfers, the customer includes in the transfer reference the order reference shown on screen and by email; access is opened as soon as the funds are received.

4. Formation of the contract

The customer checks the details of their selection and the total amount before confirming the order. Confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

An order summary is sent to the customer by email. These terms remain available on the site at all times.

5. Access to content

Access to digital packs is opened in the customer area of the site, using the email address and password chosen at sign-up, as soon as payment is confirmed. An email confirms that access is open. Login details are personal and must not be shared.

The access duration is stated on the pack page. Unless stated otherwise, access to the files and videos is unlimited and includes pack updates.

For the review service, after payment the customer receives an invitation to choose a slot. The written note is delivered within 48 hours of the call.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer customer normally has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract.

For digital content supplied immediately, this right can only be exercised if the customer has not yet accessed the content. By confirming the order, the customer expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal once the content is made available. This request is collected through a checkbox before payment.

For the review service, the customer may cancel or reschedule the slot free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time, by email or WhatsApp.

Business customers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for consumers.

7. Legal guarantees

The seller guarantees that the content delivered matches its description. If a file is unreadable, incomplete, or non-compliant, the customer informs customer service and the seller corrects or replaces the content free of charge.

Consumer customers also benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, in particular the guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French law.

These guarantees cover the conformity of the content delivered. They do not cover the economic results of a project, which depend on factors specific to each business and to the market.

8. Limitation of liability

The packs provide methods and tools. They include no list of guaranteed suppliers, no universal customs duty rates, and no personalized legal, tax, or accounting advice.

The seller cannot be held liable for business decisions the customer makes based on the content, nor for any resulting operating losses. If the seller’s liability is engaged, it is limited to the amount actually paid for the offer concerned.

9. Intellectual property and license

Buying a pack grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files, templates, and videos.

The customer may adapt the files for their own professional or personal use. They may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or include them in a commercial offer intended for third parties.

Any use contrary to this license ends access without refund.

10. Personal data

Data provided when ordering — identity, email address, order content — is used exclusively to process the order, provide access, and deliver customer service.

Details of processing, retention periods, and the customer’s rights are set out in the privacy policy available from the site footer.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint must be sent in writing to contact@fullbusinessworld.com. The seller undertakes to reply within two business days and to seek an amicable solution.

Consumer customers retain the right to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator or any competent body, as well as to the French courts, for consumer disputes.

These terms are governed by French law as regards relations with consumers, without depriving them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

The seller may amend these terms to reflect changes in its offer or in regulations. The terms applicable to an order are those in force when it was confirmed, and they remain available to the customer.
